INVESTITURE CEREMONY REPORT

*Student Council Election

* The Student Council election was conducted on [25-04-205] to elect the new student council members for the upcoming academic year. The election process was designed to promote democratic values and leadership among students.

- *Election Process:*

1. *Nomination:* Students who were interested in contesting for the student council positions were required to submit their nominations.

2. *Campaigning:* The nominated students were given the opportunity to campaign and present their vision to their fellow students.

3. *Voting:* The students voted for their preferred candidates through a secret ballot.

4. *Counting and Results:* The votes were counted, and the results were announced.

*Investiture Ceremony*

The Student Council investiture ceremony was held on (11-06-202) to mark the beginning of a new academic year. The ceremony was a grand affair, filled with enthusiasm and excitement, as the newly elected student council members were sworn in to uphold their responsibilities.

*Ceremony Highlights:*

The ceremony began with a prayer, followed by the assembly proceedings, which included a thought, word, and news segment.

Our esteemed Principal, Mr. K. Rajkumar, addressed the gathering and congratulated the newly elected student council members. He emphasized the importance of leadership and the role that the student council would play in promoting social awareness among students.

The highlight of the ceremony was the oath-taking ceremony, where the student council members took an oath to uphold their duties and responsibilities.

The ceremony was compered by Ms. Vasundara, who kept the proceedings engaging and smooth.

Ms. Sajida proposed a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all those involved in making the ceremony a success.

Conclusion

After the ceremony, the students marched in front of the school, showcasing their enthusiasm and commitment to upholding the values of the academic year. The investiture ceremony was a grand success, and we wish the newly elected student council members all the best in their endeavors to create social awareness and promote leadership among students.

March Past is the first activity of our third interschool athletic competition, which is followed by Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Following the prayer, the chief guest proclaimed sports open and took the athletic oath. A pigeon was also released. When the sports started, they featured track and field competitions.A prize-giving ceremony brought the proceedings to an end. The dignitaries in attendance at the sports event presented the prizes. Our school won the overall championship and twelve gold, eleven silver, and eight bronze medals throughout the exciting and fun-filled day. We had a nice conclusion to the day thanks to the tireless efforts of our physical education trainer and former correspondent. Every educator, the principal, the vice principal, the support personnel, and the caregivers were supportive to each other to have a great success.
